Service scope

Friday File helps prime contractors collect, validate, and file certified payroll from subcontractors. It is not a payroll processor, timekeeping system, or legal compliance guarantee. Validation rules encode published wage-determination checks; your organization remains responsible for filings and agency submissions.

Acceptable use

• Upload only payroll records you are authorized to handle for the selected project.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or cross-tenant access controls.
• Do not use the subcontractor portal to submit falsified certifications; attestation fields are logged with timestamp and contact identity.

Operator console

The operator console is restricted to authorized platform administrators. Access is logged and gated at the network edge, application layer, and database functions. Misuse may result in immediate revocation.

Availability

We target high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and third-party outages (email, AI, cloud providers) may delay extraction or notifications.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Monarch Labs' liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim. These terms are governed by the agreement between Monarch Labs and your organization; contact your account owner for a signed order form if applicable.
